- Inclusive package: daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and specified drinks at participating hotel outlets; activities include tennis, horseback riding and non-motorized watersports, subject to availability.
- Breakfast package: Elite accommodations and daily breakfast at Lago; remaining meals and drinks additional.
- Both packages include one four-passenger touring cart, Wi-Fi, fitness-center access and housekeeping. No mandatory resort fee.
- Flamboyan and Cacique meeting spaces may be complimentary, subject to availability and the contracted program. Standard tables, chairs and white linen are provided; standard setup fee waived.

For January 21–24 (60 rooms / 3 nights), Beach Bouquet package rates calculate to $183,237.12 inclusive or $117,849.60 with breakfast. For January 26–31 (45 rooms / 5 nights), they calculate to $229,046.40 inclusive or $147,312.00 with breakfast; the supplier email identified 45 rooms available for this second block. These are rate-based estimates requiring an updated quote. Concessions based on a 60-room contract may differ for a smaller block.
Kitchen, private events & booking conditions
The supplier offers fully equipped kitchens in villas, not confirmed commercial-kitchen access. Villas are scattered throughout the resort and cannot be guaranteed as one private section. The quoted Elite room block does not include a villa. A kitchen villa, kosher preparation and supervision, and catering-team arrangements require separate confirmation and pricing. Standard restaurant meals are not represented as kosher.
Private dining venues may carry discounted rental fees. Catering for private events, AV, entertainment, décor and meeting coffee breaks are additional and have not been totaled. External suppliers may incur a displacement fee equal to 30% of the hotel’s price list for those items. Airport transfers are additional; event transportation within the resort is offered for up to three hours under the group concessions.
Group concessions include qualifying room-night credits, discounted staff rooms and upgrades subject to supplier terms; none have been deducted from these estimates. A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required. The proposal states 20% attrition until 31 days before arrival and a 31-day cutoff, subject to the final contract. Quotation expired 30 October 2026; rates, dates and concessions require reconfirmation.
